VAA, the Chartered Accountants Firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and established as VAA. The Managing Partner, Mr. Vinod Kumar, set up the practice soon after becoming the Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1991. He later joined by other partners and the Partnership Firm was established in the year 1994,Today we have our Head Office in Delhi and branches at other states – Punjab, Uttar Pradesh , Uttrakhand ,Rajasthan& Andhra Pradesh. VAA and its partners have expertise in Power Sector, Housing and Urban Infrastructure appraisal, funding and post disbursement appraisal to protect lenders interest and inspect analysis, including compliances of lending norms of World Bank and other multilateral agencies. VAA represents on Company Law Matters before National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Department of Company Affairs, Registrar of Companies.
